    Hello,

    How can I convert or customize plain email notifications to html? If there is an option or a solution for this? Or if it needs to be modified in a specific file and what is that file? Can you help me with a solution / idea?

    Thank you for reaching out!

    By default, the emails are sent in plain text format and do not support HTML formatting for a now. In order to integrate HTML format to the email notification, complex changes should be done and it cannot be achieved by editing the single file.
