    I have products that have free shipping but are excluded from vouchers, so I am using a “Free Shipping” shipping class, however, if people order one of these products and another product they are charged shipping.

    Is there any way to change the flat rate shipping calculation type so that it calculates “Per order: Charge shipping for the CHEAPEST shipping cost”

    I couldn’t find an easy method that can make WooCommerce check the cheapest shipping class and display that price on the frontend. This is something you may want to consider a custom solution. I’d recommend getting in touch with a web developer or one of the services on our Customizations page: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/

    Alternatively, you can create multiple flat rate shipping methods with different prices, and use a plugin to show/hide specific shipping methods based on the shipping class of the products in cart. Here are some plugins you can check out:
