    Hi @raptor002z,

This error indicates that the connection between MailPoet and the database server timed out. Essentially, it took too long for the query to return data so the connection gets dropped.

You can try fixing this issue by increasing MySQL server connection timeout values and/or increasing the maximal packet size limit.

We have a guide about a similar issue with some suggestions that can be useful for you:
    https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/307-how-to-fix-general-error-2006-mysql-server-has-gone-away

As mentioned in the last line of that document, the fixes are both things that would need to be adjusted on your server itself, so please reach out to your hosting company about making those changes, as they will have direct access and be in the best position to assist.

    I hope it helps!

    Hi @raptor002z,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
