TranslatePress no longer allows to translate new pages or modify old translation

    Hi! Some time ago I installed the plugin and did some manual translations, everything worked fine.

    Recently I wanted to make a modification in a translation, besides adding another translation for 2 new paragraphs, however now I see that I cannot make translations neither passing the mouse over the text nor using the “strings” in the upper left menu, since none of the options are enabled (the icon to select/translate the text when passing the mouse over the text does not appear, and the strings dropdown menu is permanently grayed out with the legend “Loading Strings…”).

    The translated pages still work fine, as does the language selection, but it no longer allows me to modify or create new translations.

    I’m currently using WordPress 5.9, Flash 1.4.3 Theme with the following plugins: Flash toolkit 1.2.3, TranslatePress 2.1.9, Everest Forms 1.8.4, Loginizer 1.7.0 and Page Builder 2.16.1

    I have tried to deactivate the plugins (except TranslatePress), but the error persists.

    Thank you for reaching us!

    You might have a bug or conflict with your current theme / plugins.

    Can you please visit TranslatePress -> Settings -> Advanced

    Then, enable these features 1 by 1 in this order and try to see if it makes a difference. Disable them back if it makes no difference. Also please disable or clear the cache if you have any.

    1. Fix spaces between HTML attributes
    2. Fix broken HTML
    3. Fix missing dynamic content
    4. Disable dynamic translation
    5. Disable post container tags for post title
    6. Disable post container tags for post content
    7. Enable this plugin that disables execution of text widget shortcodes https://translatepress.com/download/1151172/
