Hosting Recommendation for WordPress/Woocommerce Website

I am sorry if I am asking this help at a wrong window.

Let me know if someone can help me understand & take a right decision.

We are running a WordPress website with Woocommerce on OceanWP Theme + Elementor Pro plugin. We are currently have around 3000+ odd products with a good amount of monthly traffic.

The current hosting plan we are having is with Hostgator & below are the plan details.

VPS Hosting with
8GB RAM
4 Cores CPU
120GB SSD
2TB Bandwidth

We are facing many issues from the server end as we have very less knowledge on managing the server & hence planning to take a Fully Managed sever hosting plan.

RAM/Memory + Load Overage Usage in the current hosting is overloaded almost every day & we had to restart the server when this happens.

Can someone recommend a better hosting plan (either a better VPS or Dedicated Server) from a better hosting provider as the current hosting provider Hostgator’s support is very bad.

How about a Fully Managed Dedicated Hosting with Inmotion Hosting?
