Please note that the express checkout buttons appear when certain conditions are met. To preview the button, you need a compatible device and browser combination, as well as have a properly configured Apple Pay/Google Pay wallet, or a saved credit card on your browser.

Apple Pay: To see the Apple Pay button, the customer must have a compatible device and payment method in a supported region, otherwise, the option is unavailable. Here you can find more information: https://woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#apple-pay.

Google Pay: The button usually only appears when there is a saved payment method in the browser (Chrome) or device being used. No it does not. I have compatible devices and it has worked in the past,

I enabled express checkout with apple pay and gpay and confirmed that it was working from stripe.

However, the buttons do not show up. Please help

I understand the Apple Pay and Google Pay buttons are not showing on your product pages.

You have confirmed that the Payment methods are enabled already under WooCommerce > Payments > Stripe:

Let’s see if this is due to any conflict with your theme or any of your plugins:

1. Make sure you are trying from a supported country for Google pay and Apple pay.
2. Have you tried while having only WooCommerce and Stripe enabled? Can you please run through these tests and let me know how it goes?

This means switching to a default theme (i.e. Twenty Twenty / Storefront) and deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce, Stripe and then changing back to the Divi theme and activating the other plugins one by one to figure out the culprit.

You can also visit https://stripe-payments-demo.appspot.com/, are you able to see any of the payment buttons? That site is from Stripe and is used to test for devices compatibility.

I did a conflict test and it did not resolve it. And the devices are compatible

Can you check if you’re able to see the buttons when you switch to Stripe Test Mode?

For Apple Pay make sure your domain is verified and follow the instructions here:

If that doesn’t help, let’s enable debug mode in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe > Settings and try to make a purchase on your store.

When enabled, payment error logs will be saved to WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
