Newest version upgrade 4.0.19 cause a lot of troubles

    Hello, your lastest update cause a lot of errors to my website. It slowed down my website. Also, I cannot longer use the customizer, it do a fatal error everytime.

    After investigating. I found that this was your plugin, I enabled the WP-Debug and the logs.

    can you please update to version 4.0.20? Does that make any difference? We were only able to replicate the warnings – those should now be fixed. We couldn’t reproduce the fatal error.

    Hi david, i Installed the version 4.0.20. The warnings are fixed, i found the real plugin in cause for the fatal error (wich was grimlock login). But to end, there one other error from calling arrays and variable in your plugin, here is the new logs, but thank you!

    just real quick – what theme are you using and are you the developer of it?

    I’m wondering if we can narrow down what code-snippet is causing the issue.

    One more question – regarding the warnings, can you please test to disable all other plugins temporarily to see if that makes any difference? I just want to make sure we don’t have a plugin conflict here.

    Dear David,

    yesterday I updated the plugin and it caused some mistakes on my homepage. I use Jack and Rose theme. All of the problems are from the line 93 (as I saw the other user found the bug/warnings there in the previous version).
    Problems: button hover (I gave it a color on the theme settings, but it changes to another color)
    footer background: I gave a value and it will be changed to another value

    Can you help me to fix it?

    can you please notify the developer/s of the Jack and Rose theme about the issue? They might want to re-test compatibility with the latest version of Kirki.
