It was my hope that since Yoast started creating its own tables in the database this issue below would be resolved. It is not.

    Reproduction steps:

    1. Add some SEO data on a page (eg. Focus keyphrase)
    2. Save page. SEO data are saved.
    3. Switch to UX Builder and update page from there.
    4. Switch to main editor.
    5. SEO data are lost.

Obviously it is not necessary for this to be Yoast issue. I am mentioning it here because it is Yoast that is affected, and all three plugins/theme claim to be compatible with each other.

Deactivating WPML also resolves this issue.

The result contacting the other two a while ago was for each one of them to leave himself out and transfer responsibility at the two others.

    Hi @fesarlis

We understand you have a concern between the Yoast SEO, WPML, and Flatsome/UX Builder where the data such as the focus keyphrase isn’t retained.

Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict, is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty.

Please test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.

If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts

Could you please check if the issue still occurs when starting from a default set-up and ensuring you only have those plugins/themes enabled?

We are aware that the Yoast SEO plugin’s content analysis might not be fully compatible with non-supported page builders as these build on top of the standard WordPress editor – https://yoast.com/help/is-the-plugin-compatible-with-xyz-visual-page-builder/

We are going ahead and mark this topic as resolved due to inactivity. If you require any further assistance, feel free to create a new topic. Thank you!
