As per the title, the issue I have is with the plugin’s currency positioning. I tweaked the currency position symbol via settings to be always on the left, but it seems to only work in the check out page.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

This issue is likely caused by a conflict with your theme or another plugin as I’m unable to replicate it on my test site which has the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and the Storefront theme.

To determine what’s causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    Hi @maykato

Thanks. It was definitely the theme. Are there any CSS codes I can use to overwrite it? The client I’m working with loves the current theme, so it would be difficult for me to ask them to change the theme after working on it for so long.

    Hi @anima9

    It was definitely the theme.

Glad that it could be detected.

Are there any CSS codes I can use to overwrite it?

I can understand that at this point switching the theme is not a feasible option for you.

If possible you may try to get in touch with the theme developer with a request to make this change in the theme.

I could not find a readily available CSS to make the currency symbol appear on the left, but I’m going to leave this thread open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.

Additionally, I can recommend the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce.

You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.

This specific forum is more focused on the default WooCommerce core features.

If you’re not receiving input on this thread, I can recommend reaching out to one of the customization experts listed here: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/. You might get more insights by posting your question on the above channels for developers.
