    Hi,
I installed wp-optimize plugin yesterday as my site was performing slow(TTFB between 10-14 sec). I must say the plugin worked wonderfully and now the site is getting loaded within 3 seconds :).

But there is a big problem that only the front page of my site is getting cached. There is only index.html page within my /wp-content/cache/wpo-cache/ directory. No other page of my site is getting cached.
I tried purging cache and preloading now from the Preload tab, but nothing works.

    Please help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • @shishirwahi Have you performed a conflict test yet?

Try deactivating all plugins except for WP-Optimize and see if it is resolved.

If so, reactivate each plugin one at a time until you find the culprit. You can check for the issue between activating each plugin, so you can see which one is causing problems.

Please let us know your findings.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the quick response.

I have just two other plugins (wpforms and beaver builder) except WP-Optimize.
As suggested by you I deactivated those two plugins and ran the preloading again. It started preloading 18 urls and was completed within few minutes. There were no error in logs.
But again there was only index.html in my cache folder.

Please suggest how to proceed further.

@shishirwahi Could you please try to visit other pages as a visitor and check if the pages are being cached /wp-content/cache/wpo-cache/ folder?

@bornforphp Yes, I visited all other pages as a visitor and I am sure those are not cached as there is no “<!– Cached by WP-Optimize (gzip) – https://getwpo.com – Last modified: Thu, 10 Feb 2022 14:01:42 GMT –>” line at the end of the HTML page as in my Home page.

@shishirwahi I’ve checked your site and it looks like the permalinks are set to default the about us page redirects to https://sunriselamhi.in/?page_id=6

Could you please set the permalinks to /%postname%/ and save the permalinks and then try to purge the cache and perload the urls and check if the other pages are cached?

@bornforphp Thank you so much for your valuable input. After updating the permalinks to /%postname%/ and running preload again, other pages also started getting cached.
    Thank you once again!
