Unable to set up AdSense

I would like to configure and set up my site for AdSense – it has not been previously verified etc. For all AdSense intents and purposes this is a new site.
When I tell SiteKit to connect AdSense, I get the response:
Ad blocker detected; please disable it to set up AdSense
and there is no possibility to skip or ignore this message and connect anyway.I do not have an ad blocker in my Chrome, but have tried doing this in
- Chrome
- Chrome Incognito
- Edge
- Edge Incognito
- Firefox
- Firefox Incognito,
with the same result everywhere. Edge and Firefox do not have ANY extensions/add-ons installed on them at all.
I turned off my antivirus and firewall (Bitdefender), that did not help at all.
Having looked through
I think it may be a similar issue – my site uses CloudFlare CDN, which is probably the most popular CDN around. So if this is indeed the bug, hopefully you can fix it similarly to the GoDaddy CDN bug.
