    i have setup the plugin as per your user guide but i still have some issues.
    1. the return button is visible only to completed checkout page but on in user account>myorders.
    2. how can i setup a return page for users that are not registered to the website.

    Thanks for using our plugin!

    Could you please check the refund setting in below please select the pages accordingly in the setting to show the refund button on pages, kindly check the attached screenshot here

    yes i have the same pages selected and i still not able to view the refund button to the order page
    additional on refund-request-form page i get the message Refund Request can’t be sent.

    You might be missed still some setting ,
    Here are some setting steps please follow them –

    1.Enable the checkbox.
    2.Set maximum number of days.
    3.Select the order status on which you want to show refund button.
    4.Select the page to show the refund button.
    5.Refund button will show on my-account-> orders .

    i have them as you said. the button exist in the order but not on the myaccount>orders
    only to the order that you do at that time.

    Yes, Please check the max number of days so at my-account-> orders button will show on those orders which will come under that days period button will show on all orders and the order which are not coming under that days period button will not show on those orders .

    Maximum Number of DaysMaximum Number of Days is set to 30 days from initial setup.

    As you are using the free version, please make sure that the user’s role with which you are trying is of “Customer” role.

    And regarding the Return/ Exchange form for Guest users, we have provided the feature in Pro version to include the form in Menus.
