    Hello there

I am building a site where people will be able order books to be printed, but they will have the option to have their own name and avatar in the story. At the point of purchase, I need the site to output a customised print ready pdf, print instructions and delivery instructions. That pdf can either go to me directly or a chosen printer, but not the customer. The printer then prints and posts the final product to the customer. Happy days.

Is there a plug-in that will allow for this kind of thing, or am I looking at custom code?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out!

The automatic PDF generation is the tricky part there – you might need to develop a custom solution.

I would suggest you reach out to Gravity PDF to see if their WordPress plugin can help you with that.

I can also recommend the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce.

You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.

    Hope this helps!
