Extract function, need help…

So the second to last function in this code displays my shortcode. The last function, however, inserts the styles for my plugin but it requires the ability to extra the shortcode attribute like I do in the shortcode function above it. I can’t figure out how to accomplish this because the extract function doesn’t seem to work. Can someone help? Thanks!
