Failure when receiving data from the peer

I run JamesGeddes.com on wordpress, however every time I log in to the Dashboard recently I get the following message above the dark bar that is normally right at the top

I wouldn’t mind, except I can’t edit or add pages or posts. What is going wrong? How do I fix it?
