error – Product title is too long

Hi @sibony88,

“Product title is too long. Maximum allowed length is 150 characters.”

What happens if you make the title shorter? Does that solve the problem, or the error message persists?

Is this happening for only one product?

Can you please share the product title here after testing with a shorter one?

when i shorten the title the error goes away and i received a sync number as normal.

maybe it’s something related to the unicode characters?
it is happening with all products and its new error i have the catalong more than three years

i did check the unicode characters and that is the issue!! if i’m changing the characters to english with the same length and even more, all is ok
my web site is in hebrew

We replied to the ticket you created, but I decided to reply back here as a reference if someone else ends up on this topic.

We were able to reproduce this issue. I believe that it counts Unicode instead of the text in the original language or something like that, so the title is getting too long.
