Bug-Report: conflicts with BackupBuddy
-
BackupBuddy is a plugin that can backup your WordPress website and send it to a remote location for storage. I have noticed that when the CloudFlare plugin is active, BackupBuddy cannot add OneDrive as a remote location or send backups to OneDrive. BackupBuddy supports other remote locations and I’ve tested that both Google Drive and Amazon S3 do not experience this problem. The problem persisted with a different OneDrive account. The only workaround I found was to deactivate the CloudFlare plugin.
This problem was replicated on 3 different hosts (Digital Ocean, HawkHost and Boomer.host). All environments were running Apache, WordPress 5.8.3, BackupBuddy 8.7.4.0 and CloudFlare plugin 4.7.0.
iThemes (the creators of BackupBuddy) helped me to troubleshoot this issue and said the problem must lie in the CloudFlare plugin.
