    Hi @mrgkanev

    Thanks for reporting about this.
Sounds like there is some data missing. Could you please try deactivating and reactivating the plugin?

    Thanks,

    Hi @nauriskolats
Already tried it before opening the topic. Tried it again without any difference. The plugin was used before for X time (a long time) and today for no reason it started showing.

    Hi Gabriel (@mrgkanev),

    Thank you for reporting this.
It seems that there has been some issue during which WordPress recovery automation step data has been lost on your installation.
We have just prepared and released a small update which is going to take care of such situations.

Please go ahead and update to the latest version and check if you still get any issues.

    Thank you,
    Nauris

    Hi @nauriskolats
The error has disappeared. Thanks for the update.
    Update:
After some time the error reappeared. The interesting thing is that after stopping and starting it again, the error still is there.

If this is the same issue, then you might have an issue with your store not being able to save some CartBounty settings:

    • Database issue. Please check that your database tables are set to use utf8mb4 collation which is intended for supporting 4-byte characters like emojis. You can test if this is the issue by trying to save WordPress recovery settings without using emojis in your input fields (subject, title, content).
    • Another plugin issue. Try briefly disabling all other plugins except WooCommerce and CartBounty. Open CartBounty > Recovery > WordPress, change some settings in your first reminder step and save the changes. See if the issue is gone and does not return. After that try reactivating your plugins and see if any of them causes the issue to return after activated.
    • Translation issue. Try changing WordPress language to English if it is in other at the moment
