Problem Linking WooCommerce Integration to Facebook

Although this is a generic error message, there are a few things that could cause that. Could you please go over this doc https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/troubleshooting-connection-errors/#error-explanations and try to follow the steps to resolve the issue.

Also, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply.

same here. When you refresh the “Whoops, looks like something went wrong.” page, I get the error “Token exchange failed”. Unfortunately, this error code is not mentioned within the doc you have provided.
