    this morning i noticed some issue on my pixel page.

    Does that mean it was working before? If yes, do you remember making any changes to your site that might have caused this?

    Could you please tell us where or when exactly you are seeing this error?

    After I followed another advice to delete some option from “wp-admin/options.php

    What are the steps that you followed to remove the options? Can you please share the steps?

    hi thanks for reply.

    1. Yes it was working before but from some days there was problems with add to cart event (there is the red advice). I don’t remember, maybe plugins update.

    2. When I set the connection among Woocommerce and FB. At the end of the process where the plugin give me two choices “End” and “make ads”

    3. These are the steps
    a. I went on wp-admin/options.php and I did this (@conschneider comment) https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/whoops-looks-like-something-went-wrong-2/
    b. I tried again to connect Woocommerce and FB but i found the new issue
    c. i contacted Facebook they told me that problems is of woocommerce
    d. I delete plugin and with wp-optimize i optimize DB and i delete transietn ecc.
    e. I re-install again but nothing… same problem.

    I have done but there is not apps in that section.

    Thank you for letting us know you’ve attempted to remove the connection and do not see it on the Facebook side of things. Since this hasn’t resolved the issue it looks like you may be being affected by this issue that has been reported to our developers: https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/2154

    We are currently awaiting an update regarding this issue and I suggest watching the Github thread for any new updates.

    If you have any questions in the meantime please do let us know!
