Token exchange failed

Hi @oracle1979. I understand you’re not able to complete setup with the Facebook plugin due to a “Whoops, something went wrong” error at the end of the setup process.

One possible cause for this issue is that your site currency is not supported by Facebook. Could that be the issue? You can see the list of supported currencies here.

Another possibility is that your wc_facebook_external_business_id option is blank or contains non-Latin characters. To check this, go to the wp-admin/options.php page on your site (so https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/options.php) and search for the text “wc_facebook_external_business_id” on the page. Once you find it, make sure it isn’t blank and contains only Latin characters.

Let us know how that goes and we’ll go from there!

Same problem here.

I cannot delete anything in options.php.
I can enter, but when I change any option there, the browser shows me a 403 Forbidden error

currency is Euro (EUR) and the wc_facebook_external_business_id is maintained correctly. Not sure why but today i tried it again and now it works fine.

I am facing same issue “ Token exchange failed “.
and also find this code “wc_facebook_external_business_id” wp-admin/options.php this location but i didn’t get this code and then i will check in database in options table i got this code and it is valid code.so please give me the other solution.

and also i am try with other way remove business application in facebook but still i am facing same issue.
