Unable to login using correct login details

  • Hi all,

    I have a strange problem. I am unable to login and keep getting incorrect username or incorrect password.

    I have the correct username and password. I have gone into the database and checked both and I am using the same ones as in the database and these match with my own records.

    I have tried changing the username and password in the database and using the new ones I still cannot login.

    I have tried the lost password link but just get a message saying that there is no user with that email address even though I am using the right email address and have confirmed that in the database.

    Has anyone got any idea what the problem could be here?
