Can’t reorder images in gallery — URGENT!

    Something is broken in the plugin and I can no longer reorder images in the gallery. I click on Manage Images and then try to drag and drop them, but it doesn’t work. I used to be able to get around this bug by just adding a random image and then it would work. But since the latest update of WP, that doesn’t even work anymore. I’m on a Mac and have tried this on Chrome, Safari and Firefox — and on multiple computers — and it doesn’t work on any of them.

    When is the plugin going to be updated to fix this? I desperately need to reorder images on a client’s website and I can’t. The only way to do it is to delete all the images and then re-add them in a new order — that takes way too long.

    I’ve also tried this on two different servers so I know it has nothing to do with any settings with my hosting company.

    This has been happening since mid-January so please tell me when you are going to fix it!

    I opened a ticket on this since we own the plugin, but I have tickets that have been sitting since October that haven’t been answered so clearly no one is working in customer service anymore. Can someone here please help?

    I’m having the same problem, as my galleries are arranged alphabetically.

    I have the same problem: Reordering images in gallery does not work anymore. Robogallery, please fix the bug!

    (dqpowered, you are writing about another thing: kdbloom and I are not reordering galleries in the gallery list but images in galleries.)

    In the next release, we’ll also add reordering in the media manager block

    still doesnt work ?? I updated today. Cant reorderign images in galleries.

    Please try to clear the cache folder of the gallery and cache of the browser.

    Reload gallery and check results.

    Now our gallery has two ordering options it’s directly in the media manager and in gallery settings, you can sort thumbnails of the photos.

    I had the same issue, but in after last update looks like problem is solved.
