This is happening in multiple galleries — some of the thumbnail images are zoomed in while others show the full image. I can’t find any setting to change this. And the ones that are zoomed in on are a really low quality even though the image itself is high quality. You can tell if you click on the image that it’s not pixelated when you see the full-size image, just in the thumbnails.

You can see it in the first two images in this gallery: https://www.williamhavugallery.com/betsy-margolius/

The first two thumbnails look really bad, like they are super small images. But if you click on them, you will see that they are high quality so why do the thumbnails look so bad?

How do I make it so that all of the thumbnails just show the entire image instead of zooming in on it? My client prefers that look but it seems to be random as to which images this is applied to. How do we control this feature?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

According to the quality of the thumbnails try to change the option: Thumbnails Quality. Try to switch value to large.
According to resizing in the case if you have different photos layouts gallery can’t resize thumbnails properly in some cases. It’s better if the gallery contains photos with the same layouts.
