404 whenever ‘Save Changes’ is pressed

  • Hello,
    Whenever I click ‘Save Changes’ (regardless of changing an option or not), I just hit a 404 page.
    If I go back to the plugin page, changes were not saved.
    It only happens with this plugin and no others.

    It’s weird because it was working fine after I installed it, changed a few options, put my recaptcha keys in and so on – all fine. It was after I started editing one email template – suddenly I got this 404 issue and now can’t save any changes to any part of the plugin options.
    I hadn’t updated any part of the website or changed any other part of the server/database during this time.
    Any ideas?

    We have investigated the plugin and didn’t find any issue. There might be a conflict between other plugins. Can you please deactivate one by one and check if the issue is still there? also, you can try to delete the user-verification plugin and reinstall it again. let us know the result, thanks.
