Featured article post/help

  • Hey Guys,

    I am new to wordpress and still learning it.

    I was wanting to have a post in my block to be able to be set to a featured article so it sticks up in the site and is seperate than the rest of the posts.

    I did try some plugin but no joy.

    Any suggestions please how to get started?
