Stock levels not working correctly

    Hi, we are having an issue with 3 of our products on our online store. If the product has an available amount of stock and a customer purchases any amount 10-20 min after the purchase the stock amount suddenly drops to 0. It’s a weird problem and we can’t quite figure out what is happening. We have removed the caching system, removed the stock control plugin and readded it and used the woocommerce tools to rebuild databases and reindex the items. I have also duplicated the products and even created them from scratch but the same 3 products are always being affected.

    Sorry to hear about this.

    As a first step you can perform a conflict test, please follow these steps:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If the issue disappears then you can enable your plugins one by one until you find which is causing the conflict.
