    Hi,

    I know that this problem has shown up on different threads, but all those solutions have not solved my issue.

    I simply cannot get the “accept all” button to disappear and release the access to the webpage, although the “cookie settings” button works.

    Emptying the WP cache did not help.

    I cannot see any problem in the GDPR settings, too.

    Thank you for your help in advance!

    I tried that, too, without success.

    I have noticed that in a button working page (another domain and different wordpress configuration), it adds the following tags in the button (a):
    role=”button”
    data-cli_action=”accept”
    id=”cookie_action_close_header”
    While in the domain that doesn’t work add the following:
    tabindex=”0″
    id=”cookie_action_close_header”
    target=”_blank”

    Same here!

    I have found the problem in my case, apparently there is some incompatibility with the “Zoho CRM Lead Magnet” plugin…

    Same here, anyone found a solution?

    I’ve removed all plugins and changed theme but no cigar.

    I’m experiencing the same issue – noticed today at this client site

    @cipsa _ I concur in that working sites have the following attributes assigned to the Accept All button/link, but missing from the ‘broken’ site…

    tabindex=”0″ role=”button” data-cli_action=”accept_all”

    (Mac OSX 12.0.1 (Monterey) Chrome Browser Version 97.0.4692.99 (Official Build) (arm64) WordPress v5.9)

    Have tried disabling from SiteGround Optimizer:

    • Minify the HTML
    • Remove Query Strings from Static Resources
    • Minify JavaScript Files
    • Combine JavaScript Files
    • Defer Render-blocking JavaScript

    but no change…

    Hi,

    Greetings from Webtoffee!

    Checking on your site, we found some attributes missing in Accept button. If you have any optimization plugin please deactivate it and change your theme to any WordPress default themes once and check whether the issue is gone.

    We will get more ideas regarding the same if you could share the site info. Please go to Tools > Site Health from the dashboard and under the info tab, you will find a button that says Copy site info to clipboard. Please click on it and share the data with us so that we can understand the site configuration first.

    Is there anyway I can share that info privately?

    I’ve find a solution adding the tags manually via functions.php. The problem, in my case, was related to another plugins that conect the CRM with the site, not the Optimization plugin (Litespeed Cache).
