Order Numbers get only approved/completed orders

    Dear Community,

    We have some issues with taking Order Numbers to our orders, as we all know the order number is giving for every order , it means created/abandoned/canceled/approved/completed.

    Our website need to give Order Number only for approved and completed orders, in which way is possible to do?
    Will be appreciated for any propositions.

    P.S. I attached photo with orders that for example not should contain any order number.

    I understand that you want to give order numbers for approved and completed orders only, and not the abandoned/canceled orders.

    WooCommerce does not offer such a functionality out of the box, but it could probably be achieved with the help of some plugin.

    You could try and check if the following plugins help:

    * Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce
    * WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers

    Please be aware that these are third party plugins and have not been tested or tried by us. For any queries you may reach out to their respective support forums.

    You can also have a look in the WordPress plugins directory and the WooCommerce.com extensions to see if you can find a suitable plugin that will fit your needs.
