2 questions: explicit width and height & Avatars

Hi,

Ive decided to trial Optimole and so far it seems to be doing a pretty decent job.

I have a couple of questions though.
1. Google page speed reports explicit width and height are needed on the blur image, I turned of the blur in the settings but then google says the white image needs explicit height and width. My actual images are fine, it just seems to be the “placeholders” that are produced by optimole… any ideas?

2. WordPress comments avatars… can these be lazy-loaded? getting a ‘defer off screen’ warning, these are the only images that are not lazy-loaded. I’ve added secure.avatar.com to my domain list. and I know I could use another plugin to lazy load avatars, but seems illogical to do that if I have a plugin that should do it.
