Video heading stops working

Got video to work initially but it just kept not working time and time again. Reloaded, changed video size several times. Couldnt have been a more simple video heading, but still just after few days stopped working again. Followed all the advice given by wordpress and bluehost, uninstalled things, reloaded again and again. Just still doesnt work. Given up.
