PayPal pop up doesn’t transfer money / complete the order

    Hi there,

    I downloaded your YITH PayPal Express Checkout for WooCommerce plugin to allow customers to checkout faster, but unfortunately I’m not receiving any payments via the PayPal popup. I have used the plugin via the sandbox as well as live, both unfortunately unsuccessful.

    The pop up opens and everything seems to be fine, however when I click “pay now” I am taken to the normal checkout page where customers can again choose which payment method they want to select. There’s no difference between the add to cart > cart > checkout. Now it’s just PayPal button “Buy know” on the single product page > pop up opens / pay now > checkout and choose once again which payment method you want to use and confirm the order again about “pay now”. Two times is quiet confusing, because I just know these PayPal Express payments like that: pop up opens > personal paypal informations are listet and the order as well, clicking “pay now” > back to the company’s Thank you page. What could be the reason that this doesn’t work? Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi @cocca84, Could you please try the basic WordPress troubleshooting steps? Check if changing the theme to the default one works without problem or maybe it has a plugin that creates a conflict?
