how to pay the admin fee from vendor’s side in WCFM dashboard

Hi, I have installed WCFM ultimate and membership plugin to set up two types of stores, rental and commission based, so in my vendor dashboard vendor order listing page, I can see the admin fee. My question is that how can the vendor pay the commission fees as it is set up to 10% commission per product.

Secondly, when a vendor cancels a subscription e.g. from rental to commission based, the vendor account is disabled as it is configured in my admin membership cancel rules. So my question is that how can I enable the vendor store again from the admin dashboard.
