Hi Have the latest version of the plugin: Version 11.3.4

I have also already read that blog post and followed the steps (see my message above). However it only temporarily fixes the issue, and when I refresh the page the issue persists.

I could do this once a day but I need the feeds to run automatically.

Are you sure your feed is not being cached and you are looking at an old (empty) feed? It did solve the issue at hand for all other users who experienced this issue.

Thanks, however the URL is returning a 403 Forbidden page to us so we do not seem to have the proper permissions to open it.

Can you grab the content from your server and share it with a fileshare service?

Did you already try updating to version 11.3.5 of the plugin? That should solve the issue at hand.
