I have to say that MyAlice has exceeded my expectations. The features are for a lot of platforms which is super handy for me. I love how it can be used to save our time and keep customers engaged.

I am able to set up the integration with channels, create basic chat bots, and even customize my bot’s auto reply, and run multiple live chats on my sites without reading any documentation.
