Donor history and users

    Hello, if a donor makes a donation without registering, then later decides to register, their donor history does not link up with their WordPress account. Why is that? Shouldn’t the system recognize the email address and connect the data? Woocommerce works this way and it’s a good process.

    Hi @shemakeswebsites,

    Currently, you have to manually “connect” the donor profile to the user profile.
    But the feature you are looking for is already in our to-do list.

    We don’t have an ETA yet but it’s definitely coming.
