Weird subscriber and locations

I had a weird subcriber to my blog when i woke up this morning. It wasn’t set as admin so i just deleted it. Also i get hits from all over the world. This is just a simple family blog so i think that’s weird. Are these things typical or anything to be worried about. I don’t see where anything has been comprimised. I host on godaddy, what’s a better/cheaper host site? Thanks.
