Can’t edit pages

My edits to pages show up in the editor and in the previews, but when I try to view preview in a separate tab or publish there’s nothing there. If I switch to another theme I can see my edits, just not in Twenty Two Twenty Two. Tried clearing caches and disabling plugins and the theme seems to be the only factor that makes a difference.

Are other people having this problem?
