403 Forbidden error on Save and Next

Is mod_security disabled? Have you tried?

mod_security is enabled for my server.
for testing purpose i disable and re-enable it but problem not solve.

It’s mod security blocking the newsletter saving, we have no control on that.

So i need to whitelisted this plugin?

You need to ask the provider to whitelist that saving HTTP POST.
