    Hi there,

I am trying to recreate an existing E-Commerce website and I have copied all the pages to my local machine but there is one page I can see on the original website which I cannot find in the list of pages in the admin panel.

It has a Url of https://www.nutritionalproducts.com/products-vitamins

This is a page which was created with a form where the customer could input information about themselves to make sure they were buying the right nutritional supplements. The customer cannot buy any products on this page. It just has a form/questionnaire. Once they have filled out the form they are then taken to the next pages the Cart page and Checkout pages of Woocommerce.

How can I find this page? https://www.nutritionalproducts.com/products-vitamins

    Many thanks.

We’re unsure of the migration process you followed so we can’t recommend an outright solution. However, if the site is still live, you can migrate the site locally using this guide: https://5balloons.info/migrate-setup-live-wordpress-site-localhost/

    Hi there,

I backed up the website using a WordPress plugin including the database file then uploaded all the files which worked successfully. So I can see all the pages, plugins, etc perfectly. Its this one page that was created on the original website I cannot see listed anywhere.

    Many thanks

If the migration is incomplete, could you check with the migration developer on what to do? WooCommerce support scope doesn’t cover support for 3rd party form/plugins

No the migration is not incomplete. I just cannot find this particular page. The whole website was copied over. I just cannot find this particular page.

    Hi @tallmale

    Thanks for the details.

I backed up the website using a WordPress plugin including the database file then uploaded all the files which worked successfully. So I can see all the pages, plugins, etc perfectly.

So the pages you are seeing are from the backup, not from the migration.

Its this one page that was created on the original website I cannot see listed anywhere.

From your description it seems that the migration is not complete yet due to which this page cannot be seen. This page, as you mentioned, was the only one that was not backed up.

We’d recommend that you should wait for the migration to complete and check again later.

As this doesn’t seem to be directly related to the WooCommerce core plugin itself I’ll be closing this thread now. Feel free to create a new topic on this forum if you need any assistance with core WooCommerce.

    Cheers
