    Hi good afternoon,

    We have been using the plugin Hustle for over 2 years very successfully, but the last 3 weeks we have loading speed problems when the plugin is activated. I have deleted the images from the pop-ups / slide-ins, but the problem remains.

    Could you guys perhaps support us in finding a solution?

    I hope you’re well today!

    I’ve visited the site in question but the homepage loaded nearly instantly for me and so did some links on the page that I entered.

    I couldn’t see any popup there so did you disable Hustle entirely or should I check some specific (other than homepage) pages and/or e.g. click on some links/buttons to trigger popups?

    Is this happening only on pages with popups or affects entire site too?

    Also note please that even if everything worked fine for 2 years, there still were multiple updates to the WP core, theme, Hustle and other plugins so it’s possible that now either some kind of conflict has occurred or “all together” is causing some server resource overload. Are you using any caching plugins and/or cache tools on server – if yes, have you tried to fully clear those caches too?

    Hi Adam,

    thanks for the very quick response!

    I currently have the plugin disabled because it slows down the site approx. 10 seconds.

    When enabled, it slows down the entire page, even when there are no pop-ups or slide-ins enabled for these.

    We have disabled all caching tools and plugins for the last 6 months as it made the website very unstable.

    Please let me know if you need any more info!

    Hi Adam,

    Good morning. I have been testing and trying. I have found the solution by accident. I found out that the site speed drops dramatically when I Enable the ‘Visitors Country’ in the conditions. Regardless of the countries selected and the country the visitor is in, the site can’t handle it.
