Problems with export file

    Hi, I have installed WP Cerber on many websites and export activity on them works without a problem, except for one website. That website have over 10000 entries monthly, and when I export csv file he have only about 2000 rows, and every row contains various symbols like this one for example: E?ì0d×ù“?K51Y??fVdy?j*f¤Z6?L?óù?ihì.

    I tried to deactivate all other plugins, change website language back to English US, insert code in wp-config.php define( ‘CERBER_EXPORT_CHUNK’, 12000 );, enable data export, tweak plugin setting etc. but nothing helps.

    Any ideas?

    PS: It would be really helpful to update plugin, so user can choose date range for exporting file.

    Hi! Please try to export the log and check the server error log for PHP errors.

    We will definitely improve exporting and add export parameters.
