• Hi, this looks like a great idea but after installing, it threw my site into critical error. I was able to reload the admin area after a few minutes and complete the plugin activation, but was then shut out of my plugin admin area, getting a critical error every time I tried to access the plugins admin area on the backend. I had to manually rename the plugin folder for Linked Orders to recover access so it is specific to this plugin or its interation with another plugin I am using currently. Too bad because it looks really helpful. Let me know if I can provide any other info to help with the development / refining of the plugin. I’d be willing to share logs and other info if you tell me what you need. Thanks – Brad

    Hi Brad,

Sorry for the late reply — I didn’t know that I don’t an email when there’s new support topics, so I just saw this right now.

First of all, I’m sorry that this has happened. The plugin does check for PHP7.4 or newer, as well as for a relatively updated version of WooCommerce and WordPress, but you seem to have both of those up-to-date on your site. Moreover, any activation errors should’ve been caught by WordPress recovery mode since WP 5.3, so this is very weird indeed.

The only thing I can think of is some sort of error with a 3rd-party plugin. If that’s the case, the exact conflict should be visible in the logs. Do you happen to still have them by any chance?

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Best,
    Tony
