Mobile menu doesn’t drop down on mobile devices

same here. I’m on the non pro version but my mobile menu doesn’t drop down to for so some reason.

I don’t think it is related to Astra Pro. It is WP Rocket. Please have a look at this screenshot that we can see the Mobile Menu is working when I bypass WP Rocket.

The same case is happening on your site @jadefilm. Refer to this screenshot, please.

Please reconfigure the WP Rocket plugin so it won’t cause such issue.

thanks for your time to test this out, but since I’m a WordPress newbie, how do I exclude the mobilemenu from wp rocket?

(btw currently it’s working even with wp rocket enabled)

@bsfherman Thanks for figuring this out! Turning off the mobile caching settings in WProcket helped – now however I’m trying to figure out how I can still have WP Rocket speed up the mobile version of my site without messing up my menu :):). Atleast the menu works now though!

@jadefilm, if the mobile menu still works even with the WP Rocket plugin active, then probably the issue was caused by the cache.

@arminpt24, maybe you can try activating the <strongSeparate cache files for mobile devices feature.

I have the same problem with litespeed cache and I can’t find the solution, the icon appears but touching it doesn’t display it, it doesn’t do anything, apparently it has to do with deferring or delaying the loading of Javascript and the solution must be to exclude the Mobile menu from these optimizations but it doesn’t I found the way to do it (or I don’t know how to do it)

Hi @gimyd,

Including this one, I noticed that you jumped in on, at least, three threads. While the symptom looks the same, the root of the cause could be totally different.

It would be way better if you can create your own thread to get help with the issue you are facing. You are more than welcome to cross-link this thread to yours, so we are all aware of it.
