• This service completely FAILED and not only did it FAIL- it also broke our site. I had to hire another developer to fix it and even though at the time I believed the account was cancelled because I spoke to customer service about the complete failure of their product- they continued to bill me and refused to provide a full refund for a product they are fully aware did not back up my site at all. HORRIBLE PRODUCT. Use Updraft which works and I’ve had zero problems with.
