I have setup a retail website with woo commerce. Everything is going smoothly but for some reason my checkout page (not cart) is set up as a blog and not a retail items checkout page to purchase. I am thinking this has to do with my theme?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @passiondesigns,

It seems that for some reason, your WooCommerce checkout page is not configured and being rendered properly.

Let’s recreate this page. To do this, please follow the steps below:

    1. Create a new page.
    2. Add/Paste the specific WooCommerce shortcode for the checkout page which is [woocommerce_checkout].
    3. Publish the page.
    4. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Page setup and from there, select the newly created page.
    5. Finally, click on Save and check the page you have created.

If you would like to read more about this, please feel free to visit the following link that will redirect you to our documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/.

Hope this will help resolve the issue.

Ahhh, I tried that and I got the same result. Even though I created a whole new page and added the code, it is still treating it like a blog page. ??
When I go to the pages section, for the checkout page, it says:
    Checkout- Posts Page, Checkout Page

    Hi @passiondesigns,

This is what the Checkout page looks like in WordPress Dashboard > Pages > Published on my test site.

If you haven’t done already, please disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, switch to the default Storefront theme, and check if the issue persists.

You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts in the documentation here:

Let us know how it goes.

Ugh, I realized I put in a box for code and not a short code. Once I corrected that your first suggestion worked! Thanks so much for your help Mirko!
