unwanted slash in link

hello i am using elementor to build my site
i want to create a link to the same home using the #
for example
www.mysite.com#contact

The problem is that the link always come out like this
www.mysite.com/#contact

It happen with other builder also, i think is some wordpress setting then
What can i do?
