    Salutations,
    I have updated my variable products with discounted prices. I manually synchronized my facebook shop but not all product prices have been reported. I also did a check in the product details to see if they were reported by the feeds, but it reported the same price in the price and promotion price fields. So I think the conflict with some other plugin is to be ruled out.

    Hi @feliciadilillo,

    I believe that the Facebook Catalog Manager displays the regular price by default.

    If possible, can you please try opening one of the products in the Catalog Manager on Facebook’s side, and then click View More Fields in the product pop-up, and see if the sale price is listed there?

    To clarify, you’re seeing a field called Sale Price, and the value of the field is equal to the regular price, not the sale price you’ve set in WooCommerce for some products?

    Are you using any plugins for the discount rule, or you are just using WooCommerce core feature?

    Did you notice anything common to the products where it did not work?

    As a test, would you please try the following steps?

    1. Create 2 new test products (one simple and one variable)
    2. Set a Sale Price on the products on the Product Data tab of the Edit Product screen (do not use a discount plugin)
    3. Check to see if the correct sale price comes in under View more fields

    Please let me know if that sale price comes through correctly, or if you have any questions along the way.

    Then I don’t use a plugin to set product discounts, but a plugin (Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce) that set a shopping cart welcome discount.
    I created a simple product and a variable one, setting list price and discounted price. The simple product is stored correctly, while the variable product does not appear in my Facebook store.
    What other test or trial can I do?

    Have you tried creating a variable product directly on your WooCommerce store and checking if that solves the issue?

    yes, I can confirm that the test I did was to create the products directly from woocommerce.
    And I can tell you that the problem only occurs with variable products, and it’s really a problem because my products are all variable.
    I also confirm that my problem is the same as the one in the link you reported to me.

    1) Take a full site backup.
    2) Enable this option: https://d.pr/i/4aM7oK

    Then toggle the sync again. Does that change anything?
