    Security tab data not logging correctly.

    Up until yesterday, my cleantalk security was functioning perfectly on one of my sites (I was only using 1 out of 3 licences). I added another site/used another license, and now security tab is not displaying any of the data in the” brute force, audit, or firewall” fields.

    I have checked the keys, and everything appears to be setup correctly.

    The initial site that was setup and working is: https://beautifulyou.boutique
    The site that was added yesterday is: https://happyhairllc.com

    all 4 plugins installed on wordpress are updated/current along with wordpress itself.

    I noticed that the application version is also incorrect on the cleantalk dashboard.

    – Here is a screenshot of the correct data when I log into the administration of the Beautiful You Boutique wordpress site:

    (The happy Hair website also functions correctly inside the administrative dashboard)

    Additionally I have cleared all system and memory caches, and also logged into the cleantalk site with a different browser (also within private mode).

    as far as I’m aware nothing in the system has changed besides me adding the happy hair site yesterday morning, precisely when the problem started.

    Update:
    The problem remains, however there was a small change from my security tab screenshot:
    The application version number for the happy hair site has automatically updated to 2.81.2

    Unfortunately, you looked during a short window of time when “some” data was showing up, but it was not current and has since disappeared again.

    NEW ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
    When I view the “Spam FireWall Log”page, it automatically selects the current date range and gives me current data (within the hour).
    BUT
    The “Security FireWall Log” always shows the previous date range (Today it only shows data for March 6).
    When I manually change the date to today, it will then show current data. However, the security dashboard still has 0 in all fields after manual selection.
    I have cleared browser caches, I’ve tried different browsers and private tabs with no luck. I also just tried from a different computer entirely and it’s still incorrect.

    NEW ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS:
    I also noticed that the malware scanner is still automatically running daily even though I changed the setting in the plugin, saved it, and also synced with cloud (no errors).
    Also, it appears that my firewall rules are not working (ONLY on the Boutique site) – I have all countries except the USA blacklisted, however I can still access the boutique site using different Country IP addresses.
    The HappyHair site appears to be blocking correctly (even though I setup the rule for “all sites” at the same time).
    – I did sync the app to the cloud after I made the firewall rule changes as well.

    I just completely wiped all 4 plugins form both sites – I used clean uninstall.
    I then deleted both security services, and both anti-spam services.

    From the cleantalk dashboard, I added the sites again (security), then reinstalled the security plugin on each site, and added the new corresponding keys.
    Immediately after entering the key for the HappyHair site, I received this error:

    The anti-spam plugin activation and key submission was successful (without any errors) on both sites.

    I then re- added my filters, and then went back to all for plugins to synchronize with cloud. Upon Sync on the surity plugin on the boutique site, I had an error flash at the top of the page momentary, and I was unable to capture or reproduce with additional syncs.

    I waited about an hour, checked the dashboard, and now seeing some incorrect data right out of the gate:

    When I click on the number 10 (circled), it only shows 3 successful logins .
    I cross referenced the stats on the wordpress dashboard, and it only shows two successful logins.

    I find it very strange that the numbers on the cleantalk dashboard are higher than the numbers on the wordpress dashboard. from my understanding it should be the other way around, with an hour or less update delay.
