    Hi @chabadrichmond @7979miso

    Hope you are doing good.

    are you using any cache plugins?

    Can you share a screenshot or if possible try to create a video of this issue and share it here?

    I am trying to reproduce this issue but didn’t get this error, maybe there will be any other plugin conflict issues.

    Thanks

    Hello @arsalantariq,

    Sorry for the late reply.

    No I haven’t installed any cache plugins. The only thing I could think of is Wordfence Security plugin.
    Also this is brand new website like @chabadrichmond.

    I just recorded the issue and can email you if you like?

    Thanks,
    Miseon

    @7979miso Hi,

    We are unable to reproduce the mentioned issue on our staging site. It seems like the theme or some other plugin is conflicting with the Post SMTP plugin Can you change the theme to WordPress default 2022 or deactivate the plugins one by one and check if the issue still persists or not.

    Thanks

    Hello,

    I deactivated all other plugins & current theme, and tested again with the wordpress default 2022 theme – but no luck. ??
    Also since I have installed this plugin, any emails from this websie won’t go out…
    That’s very strange… I’m using this plugin on my other websites and I didn’t have any issue like this before.

    Thanks

    @7979miso

    I shared it with my team technical team and we are looking into it, if we found any issue in our plugin, we will fix it and release the updated version soon.

    Thanks

    Hi @7979miso @chabadrichmond,

    We were not able to reproduce this error on our end but have released the beta version, it would be great if you download this version and test it, let us know if this issue is fixed and our plugin is working fine on your websites.

    You can download Beta Version from here.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thanks

    @arsalantariq sorry for not updating earlier,
    I ended up figuring out the issue.
    It was not the plugin, but my server security policy by modsecurity was blocking it.
    Thanx

    @chabadrichmond Thanks for updating the issue.

    @7979miso You have to talk to your Server Support and ask about the server security policy by modsecurity.

    Thanks

    I will ask my client to check with his hosting company.
